Flame Aluminium 650 °C

Aluminium
pigmented topcoat. Coating based on silicone and alkyd resin with leafing aluminium pigments.

Recommended for the protection of metal elements for prolonged periods of time at temperatures up to 650ºC.
Suitable on commercial and industrial metal/metallic surfaces and structures – ranging from heat treatment applications, including incinerators and furnace chimneys, to pipework and vessels in chemical processing plants. Delivers high-performance humidity resistance and anti-corrosive protection of steel structures in marine and industrial atmospheres provided it can be forced dried at temperatures of 200ºC for 30 minutes.

Aplicación con pistola aerográfica y airless.
Chorreado abrasivo hasta el al grado Sa2½ ISO 8501-1. El perfil de rugosidad deberá estar entre las 25-50 µ. ISO 8503
Remover el contenido del envase hasta total homogeneización.
Durante la aplicación deberá removerse de vez en cuando for evitar la sedimentación de las partículas de aluminio.Las partículas de aluminio pueden manchar con el roce, por lo que este producto no es aconsejable for zonas de tránsito.
MÉTODO DE APLICACIÓN.
BROCHA: A viscosidad de suministro, procurando que en ninguna zona queden sobreespesores por lo que debe ser "estirada" convenientemente, debe prestarse especial atención en que toda la superficie quede protegida (ángulos, juntas, etc.).
