Flame Aluminium 350 °C

Aluminium
pigmented topcoat. Coating based on silicone and alkyd resin with leafing aluminium pigments.

Recommended for the protection of metal elements for prolonged periods of time at temperatures up to 350ºC.
Suitable on commercial and industrial metal/metallic surfaces and structures – ranging from heat treatment applications, including incinerators and furnace chimneys, to pipework and vessels in chemical processing plants. Delivers high-performance humidity resistance and anti-corrosive protection of steel structures in marine and industrial atmospheres provided it can be forced dried at temperatures of 200ºC for 30 minutes.

Application with conventional sprayer or airless sprayer.
Abrasive blasting to grade Sa2½ ISO 8501-1. The roughness profile should be between 25-50 µ. ISO8503
Stir the contents of the container until completely homogenized.
During the application strir from time to time to avoid the sedimentation of aluminum particles. Aluminum particles can stain when rubbed, so this product is not recommended for transit areas.
