Jurisdiction and applicable legislation

In the event of any discrepancy or dispute as a result of the interpretation or application of these Terms of Use, JUNO and the USER, expressly renouncing any other code of law which may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the residence of the USER. In the event that the USER is resident outside Spain, JUNO and the USER, expressly renouncing any other code of law which may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Bilbao.

To access certain services, it is necessary to register as a REGISTERED USER of www.juno.es. The data required to complete the Registration Form are provided freely and voluntarily such that the data must be accurate and truthful.

JUNO guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data provided by each USER in compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December 1999, relating to the Protection of Personal Data, and in accordance with the commitment, it undertakes in the application of its Privacy Policy.
